All content on this website, including design, text, images and logos, are protected by Hong Kong and international copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. Without prior written consent from the Company permission, display or use of any of the above-mentioned items in any manner is prohibited.

You may be required to pay customs and duties, or to obtain certain licences or apply for registration of your purchased products according to the regulations or requirements of the delivery destination or stopover or transfer point. Such fees/charges, licences or registration requirements are determined under the regulations or requirements of the delivery destination or stopover or transfer point and are beyond the control of the Company. As such, the Company is not responsible for any such fees/charges, licences or registration. Should the product be seized by the authority of the destination or stopover or transfer point, you should be responsible for all losses incurred. The Company is not liable to any such loss under any circumstance. Further, the Company will not provide any import/export certificate such as certificate of origin and export visa.

• Should your offer be unaccepted due to internet or computer system problems or reasons not attributable to the Company, the Company should not be held liable to any loss incurred.
• The Company will notify you by email if product(s) you ordered is/are unavailable and will refund you for the unavailable products. Other products in your order will be delivered to you as usual. It will take 30 business days (Hong Kong Only) or 60 business days (Macau and overseas area) to refund the amount to your credit card. The unavailable product(s) will not be delivered (as part of the original order) to you when it/they become(s) available later. You must place order with the Company again to purchase such product(s).
• You cannot amend the content of an order (including volume, quantity, type, etc.), the delivery address, or cancel the order once the order is accepted and confirmed.
• Order Confirmation will be sent to your email after your order and payment is accepted and confirmed.
• You should check the local laws and regulations of the delivery destination regarding the restrictions of importation and items prohibited from importation. The Company shall not be liable if the ordered products are confiscated or charged with high taxes and duties at the delivery destination and will not refund the product price or shipping fee for reasons described herein.
• The Company has the right to cancel your order for any reason. The Company shall not be held liable in any respect for cancelling your order. Any amount paid by you for the cancelled order will be refunded to you in due course (All payment herein refer to the Hong Kong Dollars).

• Payment must be effected in the manner described on this website. Prices are exclusive of other taxes, duties and charges imposed or levied in Hong Kong or overseas area in connection with the supply of the products. Where payment is made by credit card, you will be liable for all orders placed using your credit card.
• Only Hong Kong dollars is accepted as transaction currencies. All others currencies are for reference only.
• The order will be processed after payment. Please inquire your credit card issuer for details of making payment by credit card.

All products sold are for customers' use only and shall not be commercially resold. Order may be cancelled by the Company if it is suspected that the products will be resold for commercial or other purposes.

The Company reserves the right to change, halt, and discontinue any of its website services or change the content of this Terms and Conditions without prior notification.

For your convenience, this website may contain links to other websites from time to time. The Company does not endorse or take responsibility for the content of those websites. The Company is not responsible for the availability of those websites and will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage which you may suffer by using these websites.

This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim or dispute concerning or arising from this Terms and Conditions.

In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
